Both my car and my wife's car go to Bob's Auto Gleam regularly. Mine was filthy the first time I brought it in, not just dusty but the kind of dirty where you figure they'll get most of it and you'll live with the rest. They got every bit of it. Jesus took extra care on the wheels and they came out spotless, which most places don't bother with, they just wipe the face of the rim and call it done. They're fast too, which usually worries me because fast tends to mean sloppy, but not here. The wifi's quick enough that I set up my laptop and got work done while they worked on the car, and honestly for what you pay, it's a great value. Joel and Jesus have taken care of us every time. Zero stars if I could. We took our car to Bob’s Auto Gleam for interior detailing in June, after seeing their great reviews and speaking with them over the phone. The person was very friendly and told us the job would take at least 4 hours, so we expected a thorough interior detail. Instead, it was finished in about 2 hours, and the rushed work showed. We were charged $320, but all they seemed to do was vacuum the seats and floors. The dashboard, center console, door panels, door pockets, car ceiling, inside of the side windows, and other interior surfaces were not even dusted. Then the windshield. While driving home, it was blurry that we thought the outside was dirty and kept using the wipers. We eventually realized the residue was on the inside and had to pull over to clean it ourselves because visibility was so poor. When we contacted the person we spoke with on the phone, he apologized and asked us to send photos. He said someone would come back and make it right. Unfortunately, the same employees came back only to argue with us instead of fixing the issues. We aren’t confrontational people, we simply expected the service we paid for. The whole interaction left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. For $320, this was nowhere close to a full interior detailing. It was something we could have done ourselves with a household deep cleaning vacuum, not what we expected from a professional detailing service. I had a low-speed scrape on the side of my black Subaru and was trying to avoid an expensive body shop repair. Bob was upfront from the start and gave me realistic expectations about what they could and couldn't fix. They removed almost all of the paint transfer and significantly improved the appearance of the car for a fraction of what bodywork would have cost. I had Bob's Auto Gleam work on my vehicle for paint correction and ceramic coating, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The paint had a lot of swirl marks and light scratches from years of automatic car washes, but after the correction process the finish looked dramatically better. The ceramic coating added an incredible gloss and made the paint feel unbelievably smooth. The team took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and treated the car like it was their own. You can tell they genuinely care about quality rather than rushing jobs out the door. The attention to detail was impressive from start to finish. If you're looking for ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, paint correction, or just want to keep your vehicle looking its best, I highly recommend Bob's Auto Gleam.
